ANNUAL MEETING

Thank you to everyone who attends our annual meetings.  Here are the meeting minutes from last year.  This year's Annual Meeting is June 29th at 10 AM.  Please come to discuss ideas or concerns around our quality of life.

DIRECTOR POSITIONS  

We're looking for enthusiastic people with fresh ideas!  We have two director positions available this year.  If you would like to nominate yourself or another Sunset Bay Association member, please fill out the Nomination Form. Or...

VOLUNTEER!  

Sunset Bay Association is an organization of committees.  The Board's responsibilities are to oversee the operations of the organization.  We need volunteers to help get projects done.  As they say, MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK.  Help is needed to help plan and organize events, to make Sunset Bay more beautiful, to build a stronger community of friends and neighbors and to keep Sunset Bay safe.  Please let us know you're interested in helping by updating your profile or completing the volunteer form.

GARBAGE SERVICE 

Begins Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 6AM

and resumes every Monday afterwards. 

Just a reminder, Casella will pick-up only that which can fit in your totes. Trash outside of the tote (bags etc.) will be refused by Casella and will remain on the curb. In addition, Casella will not pick-up any trash items that are not accepted at the Chautauqua Co landfills.  

Heavy trash items such as mattresses, furniture, etc. will also remain on the curb.  These items are only picked-up once a year during our scheduled Heavy Trash Day.  Outside of this, they can be dropped off at one of the Chautauqua County Transfer stations.
