UPDATES FROM THE BOARDANNUAL MEETING This year's Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025. This is one week ahead of when we normally meet because we are pairing this year's meeting with a BBQ, catered by East Eden Tavern. The meeting is scheduled from 2-3 PM with the BBQ immediately following. The BBQ is open to both members and non-members. $20 each for a member and guest, $30 for non-members. Be sure to sign-up and PAY before June 16, 2025 so that we can get a head count to the caterer. Board PositionsWe are looking for 2 new board members. Financial Approval Poll Results (April 2025)According to our Bylaws, financial approvals require a majority vote of members for the annual budget, all non-budgeted expenditures, changes to membership dues, contracts (both verbal and written), donations, or other sources of income. VolunteerSunset Bay Association is an organization of committees. The Board's responsibilities are to oversee the operations of the organization. We need volunteers to help get projects done. As they say, MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK. Help is needed to help plan and organize events, to make Sunset Bay more beautiful, to build a stronger community of friends and neighbors and to keep Sunset Bay safe.
